In the coming days, you will receive the 2025 Tax Return Document (Form 1095-C) for yourself and/or your dependents from the Benefits Service Center. Depending on your communication preference, you will receive the form by U.S. mail or an email notification when it is available in the Benefits Portal. The email will come from Benefits Service Center no-reply@paperlessemployee.com.  Please rest assured that this is an official County message and not a phishing attempt.

This form, required by the Affordable Care Act, provides information regarding the health care coverage and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offered by the County of Orange in 2025. This tax document is provided to help you better understand the coverage offered by the County, confirm your access to affordable health insurance, and assist you in responding to any questions the IRS may have regarding your health coverage. Please consult with your tax advisor for guidance.  We recommend keeping this document for your records.
