Pacific Group Agencies, Inc. provides REAOC members with a variety of supplemental benefits including dental plans and vision coverage. Additional discount and savings programs are available through HearPO and Pacific Group Agencies’ Best Benefits Saver Plan. Other supplemental benefits available for REAOC members through Pacific Group Agencies include pet insurance, travel protection, and identity theft shield, etc. A newly retired person has 60 days from their retirement or from them joining REAOC or from them experiencing a Qualifying Event (such as losing other dental coverage or moving out of their HMO service area) to enroll in one of the Pacific Group Agencies dental plans. Each year, there is an Annual Open Enrollment Period when a REAOC member may apply for dental benefits. Packets are mailed out in the late fall with a coverage effective date of January 1st of the following year.
